Valiant Armoury, its employees, management and associated third parties shall have no liability whatsoever to the client or anyone claiming through the client as a result of any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of any products purchased hereunder. Further, client does hereby indemnify and hold Valiant Armoury and the above mentioned parties, harmless from and against any and all cost, liability or expense (including legal fees and expenses) in any way associated with items purchased from or through Valiant Armoury.

Transactions and agreements with Valiant Armoury shall be construed under and according to the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. Client hereby agrees that any claim arising out of the products purchased hereunder shall be brought in Grapevine, Texas in the event that Valiant Armoury shall make a claim against the customer.

In the event of any dispute hereunder, the losing party shall be responsible for and shall pay any and all legal fees and costs incurred by the prevailing or substantially prevailing party, as the case may be.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine whether they are in compliance with any government regulations pertaining to ownership and use of Valiant Armoury products.
